B&B Masseria dei 12 Granai – Minervino di Lecce

The Masseria was a large farmhouse inhabited by landowners, lords of the area, which included the cottages of the farm workers, stables, storage for fodder and crops, and the icehouse.
This masseria takes its name from the twelve underground granaries within the property, a legacy of the time when the structure was the center of grain production and storage for the entire area of lower Salento. Today, it has been transformed into a charming residence that blends tradition with contemporary design.
During its renovation in 2008, the original materials and style were preserved, while implementing energy-saving culture and renewable sources. Some parts, such as the entrance portal, are original and subject to Cultural Heritage protection. There is an 18 cubic meter swimming pool with a jacuzzi.
