Masseria San Domenico - Savelletri

Masseria San Domenico is one of the most enchanting fortified farmhouses in Puglia, with its origins dating back to the 15th century. The structure includes a watchtower built by the Knights of Malta to monitor the Adriatic coast against Ottoman incursions. Over the centuries, the farmhouse has been expanded while maintaining its historic charm. In 1996, after careful restoration, it was transformed into a luxury resort, preserving original architectural features such as the star vaults and white tuff walls.

Located in Savelletri di Fasano, in the province of Brindisi, the farmhouse is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and Mediterranean scrub, just a short walk from the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea.
